Suspension, 33s, some armor... Rust, Gray wire and 2Low, and more. T4r is stock.
A lot of folks are running in the 210 range. Despite what many on here say, spinning the thermostat jiggle valve to 12 or 6 seems to make very little difference on mine. I even tried a lower temp thermostat. I think my radiator is well overdue. Just another thing on the to-do list...

I don’t see how you guys are running near 210, I never got over 195 when I was using my truck on the postal route, armor and all and my trans was constantly above 220 before my additional cooler but the coolant temp stayed steady.

Just finished changing the front/rear diff and transfer case oil. Did a transmission filter change/flush. Think I’ll need to look at the transmission mount and/or carrier bearring next

Installed a new head unit. My old one didn’t have Bluetooth or even a USB port so I looked around at a few stores. Found a decent Pioneer unit with all the new features (BT, iOS, Android, blah blah) sans CD player, who plays CDs anymore, for sub $70.

What’s crazy is I remember paying $300-400 easily for a unit back in the day and this one sounds just as good with mp3 and BT.

Not a Hobart fan, personally- got screwed on their warranty on an AirForce 250ci plasma cutter- but that ought to do well. Remember, for anything heavy, multipass is a thing. I built the SAS S10 with a Lincoln 3200HD, a 120VAC MIG machine. I used "dual shield"- ran innershield wire with CO2 gas- and it worked a treat.

Thickest I'll be welding is 1/4" and this is rated up to that so I should be good. And yeah, I'm not afraid of doing multiple passes if I need to, just means more grinding sometimes! I'm admittedly more of a grinder than a welder but hopefully will improve with a decent machine and some practice!

If its not too late id highly recommend maybe taking it back and getting the same thing that will run at 220v. Will work much better.

I'd love to but I don't have a 220 outlet readily available at this house and it's a rental so I won't be adding one either. Believe me, I thought about it!

Yeah, that's the plan. This welder will work just fine for the time being. Maybe take a little more work with some additional passes but it'll cover 99% of what I want to do or build. For now at least.

Are you low on brake fluid?

I do but it's not easily accessible to the garage. Not going to run a long-ass extension cord thru the house. Unless I have an issue with the 115, it'll be just fine for now.

Mine does this when the e-brake gets to be extremely loose (more than ~16 clicks to get it to hold) and goes away when I crawl under the truck and tighten it.

Also that light will come on if your brake fluid is low...maybe clutch fluid too? Can't hurt to check both since it's the same fluid in either one. If you have a manual trans that is.
