Hell, I fast forward through most of the YouTube channels that I subscribe to trying to find the actual point of the video and get past the people trying to sell me something or be entertaining. Sorry @boogie3478 but your videos are falling victim to this more and more as well. I think I only got halfway through the last few videos and skipped past half of what I did watch.

Yesterday was pretty cold so I finally did the Ram Mount install for the grab rail. Whats everyone doing for power over there? Thinking about adding a QC 3.0 USB plug but all my rockers/buttons are filled up. I also managed to get a short little ride in, first time foot-cycling on snow.

 

Challenge accepted.

Who woulda guessed, when you drive through a creek and it's 1° your brakes freeze solid and yiu can't stop at a stop sign.

Had to take evasive action as I down shifted to make the 90° turn. Major pucker factor.



Edit: all is ok, a few emergency stops to warm things back and all good.

And I partially agree with Jeremy on the clickbait stuff. It's so annoying on TW seeing people say they bought some stuff but it's a secret or whatever. Either tell us or don't. As far as Brians videos I still enjoy all of them thoroughly.

Had a 93 4runner with that engine before I got the Taco. Not going to win any races but very reliable if you maintain it. Might want to run a compression test before you buy if you can. I drove mine to 260k with no issues.

Necessary evil to some degree. Besides, the stuff I do pales in comparison to most youtubers.

 

Yeah. Your stuff is better than a lot of other channels. I've tried watching a few other Tacoma channels and couldn't do it. There's been at least half a dozen channels that I was subscribed to for awhile that I've unsubcribed from because their content lost all substance.

 

I think most of them try to add too much filler/b.s. to take their video length to the 10 minute mark. When a video is 10 minutes it is eligible to have multiple ads appear, potentially doubling the ad revenue generated. The problem they don't realize is that an ad won't generate any $$ if people get bored and stop watching the video. I make the video I want to make and if it gets to 10 minutes that's great, but if it doesn't then I don't go back and add anything to fluff it up. Youtube viewers get bored quickly so no reason to give them more excuses to stop watching.

 

Does anyone have a passenger side rear second gen short bed fender flare and clean rear bumper if you have upgraded?

 

Maybe @buyobuyo he is the only one that comes to mind for upgrading fenders. @Coot83 was the only other one but he moved far far away.
Edit: didn't realize you had said short bed. I think Jeremy has an access cab so that would be the longer bed.
