Possibly. We're only having a few people over so I don't want to go overboard. Wings were definitely an option though. I like the pork because whatever doesn't get eaten turns in to lunch for the next week! Trying to keep costs down too, we always end up spending way too much money haha

That’s the plan! But I’ll throw in some guac with that salsa and chips. Can’t wait for some pulled pork sammies again! And the mac n cheese. That stuff was killer last time

Yessir. That's what I'm feeling. Lots of prep to do the individuals, but I'm liking that idea. Thank you.

I just make batches of chips on platters with the cheese melted. I take all the toppings and put them in bowls. You line up, take cheese chips and move down the line of toppings building your nachos. Whatever runs out I refill the bowl.

Also do the same sort of things with large baked potatoes.

I have a Cabela's 15" commercial vac sealer. Bought the repair kit for it too awhile ago as I knew it wouldn't be around forever. Can't find it on Cabela's site anymore. Probably Bass Pro's fault :pout:

You can get them for like $5 at a garage sale. People buy them thinking they'll use them and then realize it takes a little bit of effort and give up. Like most things americans do lol.
