    In all seriousness though the truck is more useful than the runner and it’s a 4x4 also. You can’t remove the roof of the runner to haul anything. Runner doesn’t toe as good as the taco does. Totally different setups under there. Under the hood is a different story. The 4.6 blows the 4.0 away by a long shot. Problem is you can’t get it with a V8 anymore. They both have their pluses. Taco has the longer wheel base in the long bed. But for all around the taco is just a better option for us.

    I know I'm just talking shit. I love doing that all in good fun. lol

    I've always had a love for the 4runners and it's more since the facelift a few years ago. I just think it would fit my needs better than the tacoma. Anytime I move anything big I've always used a trailer anyways because they are just easier to deal with. Unhooking a trailer can be done alone where as removing a cap needs more hands. I'm usually by myself with no help when moving/hauling.

    I just see it as wanting a 4runner more because if i was dead set on a tacoma I wouldn't be having to make a decision.

    KDSS sounds like a expensive option to fix when it breaks. Does that also limit your ability to life the truck? Ours has the X-reservoir suspension on it and you’re limited to 1” of lift before having to remove it.

    It is expensive to fix. Don’t need it if you’re upgrading suspension because they handle the body roll.
