Grinding noise in front When turning

I just got a 2016 TRD sport DCSB and it has a 4” lift with 33s. When I take a turn a little sharper than normal the front starts making a grinding noise as if it’s traction control. I took it in to get it looked at and all they said was it’s from traction control. I thought only the back tires gets locked and stuff with traction? Is there any way to stop it from happening in the front? When auto lsd is on it doesn’t do it. But then I heard it’s bad to keep that on all the time. TIA!!!

 

Sounds like mine when the auto traction stuff kicks in. I think ever time, sounds expensive. I hate the sound, so I try to remember to shut all that down when I know the roads are slick, or I find a parking lot to have some fun with.

I believe you have to recalibrate the vsc settings for the lift. Even if you turn it off. At 30-35 mph it automatically comes on (Reactivate).

 

It is expensive when it ruins the rack and pinion and the power steering.... ask me how I know

So far it’s working. I had to do it a couple times and the VSC turned on once now on me
