    Good morning all!

My 2 month old Taco has a screw and is leaking air. Not in the sidewall but it's close. Think the dealership will cover? I didn't spring for any of the extra warranties.

Very unlikely that they'll cover it and IMO they shouldn't have to. That's just how shit goes sometimes unfortunately. If it's too close to the sidewall to plug it, finding a stock take off should be cheap and easy. Or use it as an excuse to get new more aggressive tires.

Pretty much what I figured. Was planning on new tires over summer. Just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes.

    Thanks!

Taco new or new to you?

If new and you dont wanna run the spare. The tire should be the same if stock. Have them swap the tire from the spare over to the alloy wheel. Most likely will cost ya a little coin, but all matching wheels will be showing if it matters to you.

No, that's a road hazard not a defect in the car...
