Does that include a "dining room"

 

Ive been in your house a handful of times and I have no idea what direction this photo is facing! haha

 

Is the door beside the fridge lead to the hallway/stairs or to your dining room?

no. the dining room is to the right by that large window.

lmao the door beside the fridge leads downstairs, there would be an opening to the direct left of it that would go upstairs. the door by the cabinets goes to the back deck.

 

what is a closed shelving?

 

That isnt terrible my kitchen and dining room is 360 sq ft so split half and half is about the sane as your kitchen

 

my dining area is 10 feet wide so kitchen/dining combined is 26x10 or 260 sq ft obviously. you basically have my dining area (10x10) extra that I don't have.

Quick question, driving in the pouring rain with a snorkel? Anything i need to do? @stronghammer or anybody else?

nope. the amount that will actually get in the snorkel is minimal and will either dissipate or drain out through the snorkel (as we know it is not 100% perfectly sealed).

just don't sit still in water and you're good to go.
