    Getting my 06 re painted next month. Going to order one of these. Would you guys leave it unpainted or paint it? Truck is black, so I'm not sure if painting it along with the truck would be good or not. Also considered just painting the outside edge and middle. Dont want it to look stupid

    I think you should leave it as is. In one page theres a black Tacoma that looks nice. Page 5 I believe.

    maxseal works just fine, it gets stuck right to the very top edge of the grille.

    I looked at the seal that came with it and there are lil notches for the brackets. i guess I will just do the same on the maxseal and see how it turns out

    TRD intake and cat back exhaust. 3rd gen wheels,32” tires,3rd gen struts/springs and shocks. TRD short throw shifter. ‘18 Pro skid plate.
    The maker needs to mold in an OEM style channel so the factory weather strip can be reused. Charge five bucks more and avoid a lot of bad press.
