It would look good without shimmer. Gloss, but no shimmer.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
I have *needed* the locker three times now, and wished that the front and center could also lock twice. Used a lot of right-pedal to make up for it, but that's a breakage waiting to happen. Locking center and front would have been better.

IMHO, if you don't use the locker out of necessity then you should have just bought a Ranger cuz you got a mall crawler.

The center does lock? That's what 4x4 is. If it didn't it'd be AWD.

Agree on the front though, front locker beats A-TRAC every damn day.

On another note, I flipped the dust cover over on my USB port. It seems to fit better that way.

The mini USB solved about 90% of the problem.
Your trick may just bring it to 100

    Thanks for the tip

They couldn't possibly squeeze that into the $3660 tech package and keep it reasonably priced.

I don't know how many times I've pushed the 4WD knob trying to start the truck going to work in the dark mornings.

Exactly. I was a bit confused by this when I first bought my truck since my base model Accord had more amenities than the Tacoma. But, I did buy it for off-roading purposes so I'll get over it **cough** no sunglasses holder, no gas tank lock, drum brakes, manual light controls, manual seat control...*cough*

    Nice!

Another wildly unpopular opinion here at TW is...

All three generations of Tacoma are good trucks.

Like wtf is up with some people?

My (whatever) gen truck is better...3rd gens are (insert expletive)...what exactly is the point?

Kinda reminds me of when I was 8 years old hanging in the school yard.

i think people who are unhappy with the third gens had to settle for a 2nd gen, but wanted that newer interior. Thats the only reason i didnt get a 2nd gen. I spend at least 2 hours a day almost in my truck.
