Already have 2 sets of alloy wheels with rock rash. Be hard to part with my black Baja wheels, already have potential buyers for the 3rd gen OR set, really looking for steel wheels.
Chevy 6-lug steel wheels exist in every junkyard across the country, that's why I mentioned them.

Seems like people don't have PTO rollover like we do. I end up carrying over like 2 weeks a year. Our cap is almost 300 hours

 

I never end up carrying anything over. I always use that shit lol

 

I can roll over personal days. I've been using them though to work myself in over 2 weeks vacation. My fiance works at Cintas and has that but she only has 2 weeks PTO period. I have 2 weeks vacation and 3 floaters and 3 personal. This year I'm going to try to leave me a day or two of Personal time. The floaters already got used because I was sick the 3rd week of Jan

 

Mine's weird I can roll over 40 hours of vacation, and unlimited PTO. Any vacation over 40 hours turns into PTO.
Then I have reserve hours which are earned by working more than 90 hours in a 2 week pay period. Every hour over 90 is .5 hours of reserve time, I have to wait until I have 8 hours, and can use it once a month.
I ended last year with 72 hours of reserve time left over.

 

No rollover. Use it, get a payout, or lose it. 80 hours vacation, 24 hours personal time

That actually hurts the company, because people save it all and then take it at the end of the year. Then, the company isn't staffed to handle normal business.


I've tried to help them here, but they refuse to listen.

 

I get 80 hours PTO, 40 hours of paid sick, 2 personal days and no rollovers. I'll get 120 hours PTO after I have been with the company 5 years.

 

I have to say though, if I wanted to push the issue hard enough, I'd be allowed to work almost completely remotely. Also, since it is such a small company in a really small town, if I need to go run an errand, I just go and do it, no questions asked. That's kinda nice.

 

120 hours of PTO a year, everything I dont use rolls over until the cap. Cap starts at 300 and increases over time.
