    Maybe it’s the different gearing? I know 3rd gen manuals have taller gears than the autos, not sure about the other gens

    I remember when Mercedes came out with an AT with a 2 speed reverse about 15 years ago. Blew my mind....why? I have no idea what they’re running these days........knowing Mercedes, something ridiculous.....probably.
    3rd Gens have their issues but AT’s have come a long way since I started in the trade. My 2018 settled in and got way better after a few thousand miles. I definitely would have preferred a manual though, it just wasn’t available on an Off Road long box.......

    Shhhh your giving away why I get great Mpg! actually at 75 Mph my Rpm's show just a very little under 2000.
