I would disagree. If you avoid the clearly marked obstacle sections, Tahuya is harmless and we always have a good time out there. You'll learn the articulation of your vehicle, your traction control system and how to navigate tight trails and turns. But, it really is slow and you can probably walk faster than you drive!

Yah I went with you a few months back remember?
Guess I'm still a desert guy at heart. I either like to go fast or explore. And when exploring with the truck means painfully slow I'd rather bike or hike. You see more and get a workout in

I remember! You left before the best part, IMHO. But yeah, I get it. It is very slow and it's not for everyone. It's pretty much hiking speed...

Tahuya is fun for relaxing and testing your vehicle skills without worrying about breaking things. We usually cook up lunch and lounge somewhere in the middle. Plus, I love flexing the suspension

We should hit Moses Lake then, I think that'll be more your speed! My truck isn't built to go-fast, but I'll try and keep up!

I'm totes down. Funny enough I'm headed to Tacoma tomorrow to pick up some ammo and ammo cans. And if not, no worries.

I'm good with either as I haven't explored much up their beyond hiking this summer. Is Bear Lake next to / around Lake Dorothy?

I have a new build I’ve been itching to zero and see how far I can stretch it. Also any dynamic ranges around here? Just moved from NC.

I would not be the guy to ask, I’m just getting into it. I used to live in Yelm though. There’s some spots towards Eatonville I've heard about.
