    I currently installed ditch lights and bar lights on my 2019 Tacoma. I also have things plugged in the usb 100% of the time. I want to keep an eye on the voltage of my battery. Need some guidance on the electrical and wiring part.

    You can get a scangauge or something too. It sounds like you dont have enough going on there to worry. I've got a gps, radar, camera, scangauage, CB, fridge, 9" leds, rigid pods, and scene lighting all hard wired. I am running a single battery with no issues.

    The hole needs to be slightly enlarged. You can install it just by removing the head unit and reaching down behind it.



    Fair warning, it is bright.

    It's far enough out of the way that it's not bad. I might open it up and try to swap some of the resistors though, as I've done with my CH4x4 switches.

    Had to file the hole just a tad. Pull the trim around radio and remove radio. Crimp new terminals. That's it. Piece of cake

    Sure remove drivers side kick panel attach black wire to ground there is a factory ground spot behind the kick panel...then red wire to a add a fuse use fuse shown in the photo and your done.

    Sorry to bring this tread back up. Does't the lighter/round power adapter have power to it now that you can use? Or does it have constant power at all times so you had to wire in power that is keyed on/off? I am also looking into adding a voltmeter gauge.
