I bought these a while back off Amazon. I got the six pack so I'd have replacements if I ever need them.

Picked up a TentBox RTT a couple of months ago. Had it installed on the Cab for a bit with some Thule Towers but I decided I wanted to be able to put my bikes up there too so I installed a OEM Rack on the Cab and drilled some holes in my Leer cap to mount my Thule tracks and towers to.

About the same price as it’s been for 100 years (adjusted for inflation). Add in better gas mileage and we pay less today than maybe ever.

I understand inflation, but when it is 1.87 in other states, pretty ridiculous.

I'm planning on picking up the RUNNIN 4 TACOS 4 light kit. Wiring seems to be pretty easy with that kit.

I've considered adding an F87 to fill in the missing gap since I reluctantly sold the E36...

I did the same last weekend. Just make sure you pry the ring out really slowly. I ended up marring the outer side just a bit around the edges on the dash.

Overall, very pleased with the product. The struts seem especially well made and one is actually sufficient to raise and support the weight of the hood. The instructions were excellent, and I adjust the installation time to account for my anal-retentiveness when measuring, it was about 30-40 minutes total.

Oh please.... NO ONE in North Mexico has ANYTHING to complain about when it comes to the price of fuel. Try moving north of the 49th! :annoyed:

    Yup.

And British Columbia is the priciest of the pricey...sigh.

And WE do sneak down....of the 300 odd cars waiting to gas up at the Costco in Bellingham any time on any given weekend day, 295 sport BC plates...

Of course, then we can go buy beer, cuz our beer and wine are overpriced as well :annoyed:

How much do you want to know? It went as expected. I went into it with the understanding that I was buying sound and not performance, at least according to some. I just knew that I hated how the stock exhaust sounded and buying a new muffler and having a shop put it on would likely get me half way to the cost of a Gibson and doing it myself. So I've had the Gibson and a Borla cat-back kit in my Amazon watch list for a month or so. A "Used-Very Good" Gibson has been tempting me for the last week or two so I decided I was worth it and bought it. There's a video on the Amazon page: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AY2F1HA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Even in that review, the word "mature" is used to describe the exhaust note and I'm not sure how to word it any differently. It has a nice, deep growl that isn't obnoxious or tinny or a 1993 Accord with an aluminum can in the back. I came to Tacoma by way of a 1994 F150 that I cut the muffler out and put a straight pipe in it's place. The rest of the exhaust was stock and I really liked how that sounded. I knew I wouldn't get a 5.8l v8 sound out of a 3.5l v6, but I'm still very happy with the purchase. The butt dyno registers no change at all.
