See, im a social smoker and a habitual fan of cardboard box cope. I had to give it up because i spend my work inside, and in my environment people are not ok with it. then it came down to getting worried about mouth stuff, so i gave it all up. But goddamnit i love it

It’s been 26 years for me with Cope(dirt). Can’t stand long cut or flavored. My dentist tells me I need to quit. No shit Doc. But I’ve been luck and no signs of anything. Yet.

Fan of the longcut Cope once a month, same deal with cigars. Could never get hooked on the nicotines.

Ugh. I was able to quit Kodiak for almost 4 months early last year. Went back to it and have been buying one can at a time saying I’m quitting for a year and a half. So. Fucking. Hard.

I really just wanted these 4. The two states I’ve lived in and love, no steppy snek, and my second favorite state motto.

Also, this might not work for you.... But a friend of mine started buying lower quality dip until he didn't have the taste for it anymore. Like Longhorn, or something similar. Whatever brand sources most of it's tobacco from overseas.

I agree. But damn it’s not easy. Especially since I drive for a living. But I have been putting a pinch in and 10 minutes later taking it out and smacking on some gum for a while. It used to be 2 cans a day. I’m down to one now.

If I could get my hands on that crap they had overseas. Cope in a plastic can that tasted like death with chunks of glass in it. I’d quit real quick

Honestly. Mine is the “want to”. I wanted to last year. The dentist had scared some sense into me. So I chewed trident like a madman for like 2 weeks, grunted through the headaches and was generally pissed off, and then it was over. I hat quit. I didn’t care. But then you know, shit gets stressful, I said oh I’ll just put one in on the way home. 2 weeks later I’m back to 2 cans a day.

    piddly stuff
Sunflowrseeds in the shell. Put a hand ful in and spend your time cracking them and spitting out the shells without using your hands. It helps. Assholes now I feel like I need to stop dipping again

Oh I’m sure the sunflower seeds would work. But I’m not spitting the shells in the floorboard of my tractor. Lol. I used to suck on jolly ranchers and spit into a bottle. Helped for a while. Then Xmas season rolled around and went to 70 hr work weeks.
