If I manage to debead 315s from a 16x8 I'll take you up on it. And @Robertocritser will owe me a beer, cause "poor-mans beadlocks" my ass...

Most likely, but for now, I just want steering that isn’t going to buckle due to 130 lb wheels and tires.

The cost vs SAS, I suppose, will depend on one’s abilities.

If you have to, and I know you don’t Jon, pay to have all the fab work done in your truck, vs pretty much bolting the RCLT kit on, that levels the field some.

This looks really, really nice. But I have to agree with the others. If the cost of the kit is too expensive it will be nearly impossible to justify as it's just a known fact that an solid axle will go deeper into the rocks. Built dana 60 will cost u 7k. Most long travel u looking at 5k ish. Im totally for innovation and cool shit, i just hope price point doesn't scrub this project before it can find it's place in the market to the point where it doesn't gets dropped like so many other once supported 2gen Taco items.

These kits are going to sell like hot cakes.

This will open up 40s and SAS-ish Performance for tons of people who can’t even weld.

Plus, SAS is not everyone’s end goal.

There is certainly a market for this. And yes, it’s going to be very expensive.

This is the answer to "can I buy a bolt on SAS".

No knock to the OP, it's a very cool project and engineering feat he's accomplished, and a very wise business move too.

Now I wanna see one at the Rausch Creek Toyota Takeover next year.

I suggest increasing tire size by increments of 2 inches or so, so it's not so obvious...

Forgot to ask but is there a reason why the MarRack doesn't cover the 5th gen 4runner?
