well coolant not so much.. i do actually use that alot.. it works fine in hondas and some other brands...
so yea

 

Installed all the new seals & put the little guy back together. Hope the leaky spindle is cured. Have to let it sit overnight to tell.

2 oil changes down, those were the easy ones. 3 more messy ones to go.

 

What kinda mill is that? Is it a decent bit smaller than a Bridgeport.. looks so..

 

Just a benchtop mill/drill, well the largest for benchtop class mills. Not sitting on a bench though, has it's own stand. It's a Rong Fu 45 style square column mill.

I'd love to have a knee mill but that will never happen unless I get a shop. Can't fit a BP in my garage. I might upgrade to a 2/3 of a full size knee mill but this little guy has been serving me well though.

Heck I started out with a Harbor Freight 8x14 mini lathe. Out grew it in 8 months. Gave the HF to my lil brother & got me a 12x36. That little HF lathe did a lot & served me well. Nothing wrong with having small lathes & mills, better than nothing. Depends what type of stuff you want to do with them though.

 

Mostly custom mounts and shit.
I had a bridge port knee mill at my disposal up till a year ago, but my friend lost it in a fire. Hasn’t bought a new one yet

 

man I wanted to change out my transmission oil before we leave for Tahoe on Wednesday but there's rain in the forecast for the next 3 days. I'd kill for a garage

 

I drain and fill my trans every oil change... because mityvac makes it easy

 

Manual trans? That's really frequent lol. Bet it shifts like butter though.

dunno if I should ask in here or in one of the supercharger threads, but does anyone know if it's safe to run Seafoam through the throttle body with the supercharger? Just curious if it's okay or if it might cause damage to the coating on the rotors or something @Speedytech7

 

Damn, that sucks. Surprisingly I haven't ran into anything where I've needed a bigger mill yet.

 

Picked up steering wheel and audio controls, looking for bluetooth controls, airbag and clock spring. Picked up a grey wheel but might go back for the black one

 

I’m pretty sure the black ones only came with dual stage airbag charges. You’ll need to swap the charge from a single stage one. (disclaimer. I have no clue the complications this will cause in an accident)
