The ones in the grille area channel air for cooling purposes. The rest are for mpg to decrease drag.

I had a built LT4 Z28 a few years ago that was missing the front air dam. Kept running on the hot side. Changed thermostat thinking it was too high temp. No help. Put that cheesy air dam on it and temp dropped immediately. Every vehicle has a different purpose for the front lower air dam. Fortunately the lower front dam on the Taco is only for mpg.

What size tires did you go with and do you have a side shot? Like the BFG's white letters out with the white truck. Think it makes the stock wheels look a lot better. Been thinking about new wheels but may just go this route, just not sure yet. Looks good.

Here's a condensed version of the circuit.
    1. Battery power goes through the 100 Amp circuit breaker
    2. Circuit breaker provides power to the fuse block
    3. From fuse block distribute power to relays
    4. The relays are energized by a 12 volt circuit (from OEM fuse block) when ignition is on which in turn
provide power to the add-on accessories.
    5. When ignition is turned off all power to add-on accessory circuits are turned off.

Here is a side shot for you. I am in the process of putting vinyl over the wheels right now. I went with 265/70/17. I’m happy with the outcome so far.

So what you are saying is that if I reinstall these I will average more than 14MPG on my next drive up to Sedona? HAHA. Not even joking, it was like 13.7mpg driving the speed limit.

Just installed XTREME LED PRO high beams to compliment the 5500K LED low beams that I installed last month. I'll try them out on my way to work tomorrow morning. I have the LED H11's for the fog lamps but being vertically challenged I couldn't reach them from under the hood. I'll wait until next Saturday when I can pull it in the carport and go from underneath with a creeper.

This link listed every gas station within 100 miles of my location? I still dont understand which one is Top Tier? If all are top tier, then why the price difference?

Such a simple mod, but really looks good. I should have done it sooner.

I had the same thing happen on a '88 Dodge Caravan. I tore the air dam off in deep snow and the engine kept getting hot. I found one in the junk yard and put it on my old van and she never got hot again.
