Yup. I'd love to hear the quietest version of this exhaust, or any other videos/pics of any of the setups

I guess some are asking what exactly is "this"? Maybe some pics of various layouts with pricing and attributes of each ("about loud as stock" "mid range improved a touch" etc.) All the piecemeal info and then some hyper enthusiastic posts and then some if, and, maybe posts on questions makes it diffiucult to determine which system at what cost.

I have one coming. Mid pipes, y pipe, 24x5 muffler, and resonator. Should be somewhat mellow, I hope. Once I get it I’ll do a write up with photos during install.

I have had the same setup-different muffler -for awhile now. Really helps low end and makes truck run much smoother. Before you start to install take off the neg battery cable and then reconnect when done. Let’s the ECU know it has something new to recognize. It will do it eventually but happens faster that way.

Will do. Thanks. Out of curiosity what did you use to cut the hole for the resonator?

It’s been asked numerous times and ignored. People wants facts when spending that much money.

Its been proven time and again, you don't need to provide supporting data of your claims when selling performance equipment on TacomaWorld.

So are these selling or what?? There is like 20 seconds of video total of these in the wild. To be the most expensive exhaust on the market for the Tacoma you’d think there would be more marketing

I have the system gents. Been running it for about a week. I’m working with Keith on some personal preferences related to how it sounds before I do a full write up.

So far I will say there is some more low end torque fore sure, mpg’s are down 2-3 for city driving, highway driving is improved for holding gears. My rig will hold 6th now where as before it’d shift to 5th or 4th.

I am heavy with full armor and a shell. Tires are 265/70r17. I am also running OVTune 1.05. Full set up provided later.

My issue is finding the right sound. I don’t want it loud as the truck has poor soundproofing and road noise is already an issue. I also want the right tone and not have the exhaust sound like a Honda Civic. Ultimately, just want the truck to breath better and sound a little better than stock. Right now I have catless mid-pipes and a 24x5 muffler.

Keith is very receptive on working with me to get what I’m after.

Kind of a dead thread right now, but curious how this system will tie in with the OVTune dump tubes. I'd rather not spend thousands on an FI system, with less reliability, and that requires premium fuel. If I can squeeze out more low end with this exhaust and dump tubes that would be great. Still pricey but not as bad. Any more info on these systems @dirtydeeds ?

Sorry for the delay guys. I don’t get notifications on this thread all the times for some reason. We build 10-30 tundra systems a week. Tacoma’s are a lot more complicated.

If this system is too expensive we have a ton of very cost effective solutions. If you plan to keep the truck I wouldn’t sell yourself short. But I get it, exhaust isn’t always the priority.

I’ve built Toyota’s since 2003. Give a call. I can help prioritize the build of the exhaust and my only concern is helping design the oedddxf system. Phone is always best. I catch up on messages during my spare time. But the phone is my priority from about 7:30-7 ish pacific time. 760-877-4234
