Was probably old. I’m pretty sure the cafeteria at my work puts new grinds on top of old grinds and mixes old coffee that is left over for the next day. Some mornings it is so bad I can’t even drink it. I also can’t do Keurig anymore... between the cost and the sub or taste.

I save the "Add milk to coffee" for those rare times I need caffeine and the coffee is bad. Like some hotel coffee.
If coffee needs milk it is not good coffee.

I had to make a quick trip to OK for a funeral. 5 days without my home roasted coffee.

These things are awesome but holy balls are they expensive for a home roast machine....$15-20k right? I’ve been roasting for 15 yrs and I’m on my 2nd roaster. Currently a Behmore 1500 drum but I’m on borrowed time with it, so I’be been researching my next roaster. Ive been happy overall with my Behmore but would like something that could handle a little bigger batch.

Here in Oklahoma my best finds are Onyx, Cirque, and Doubleshot. Topeca is here too but honestly not my cup of beans.

    There’s no “strongest coffee”

If you want a “strongest coffee” get a light roast. And make espresso. There’s your strongest coffee.

My daily breakfast consists of a high nicotine vape and 30oz yeti full of black coffee. I might be upgrading to a 40oz RTIC

My other grinder was about $130 haha. But I had to get an upgraded one for espresso. It's another damn rabbit hole...

I have 2 cups of Folgers Colombian every morning. I would like to try your coffee, but...
How much coffee do you drink to make an expensive machine worth it?
