After researching, a post like yours came up in every thread and then some electrician proved them wrong. Whatever, I'm not an electrician and 8 ga won't hurt.

Either way I went w/ the arb harness.

Anybody have any experience with blemish tires?? I have a set of cooper stt pros in my garage stamped blemish and the only thing I can see on them is the white letters not as white. Trying to decide if I’m going to take off my brand new ko2s and try these out

A bigger gauge wire won't hurt I can agree there. It really comes down to cost and ease of routing wires and installing connectors. Bigger wires take up more space and if installing in a bed cubby sometimes space may be of concern. I do wonder, why ask for an opinion after you've already decided on your own solution? Save everyone some time and just buy what you want and skip the useless post

Fair question. I didn't know the ARB kit existed. I thought the blue sea plug I originally posted was a good option. Then I found exactly what I was looking for.

For some reason I was thinking you were using the arb kit to wire the blue sea setup. Never mind, yes the arb kit would be good and was designed for the fridge so whatever size wire comes with it will be fine. I've been using 12 gauge wire for my arb fridge and it hasn't had an issue but mines one the back seat so if you are putting in then bed then the larger wire would be good
