    Yep. This is my dads hoarding mess. Got him and my sisters to agree to sell/trade me for the land and house he has so I can call the property mine now. Which means tons and tons and tons of clean up.

    Kinda inherited. He’s still alive lol but if I ever sell, I have to pay my sisters their 1/3rds. But if I never sell, I never have to pay. Good deal for me lol
