my schools parking policies are bullshit!

 

That's bullshit... You can clearly see the lines of the parking spot. That's just some Campus Safety asshat who wishes he was a real LEO trying to apply what little authority he has.

Whoa, whoa, whoa.... You have campus patrol that gives out tickets at a high school?!?!?! When I was in high school, 'security guards' were no where near that ambitious. For a high school, a ticket like that is just absolute B.S.

 

Resource officer? Cops love it when you're overly aggressive and tell them that you're entitled to do what ever you want cause you pay their salary with your (or most likely your parents) taxes and that. oh and make sure you record the whole interaction

 

My employer tried doing this years ago. We just laughed and threw the tickets out.

 

Shit I'd just chain his axle to a tree or something then blow by him.


I mean maybe that's why the HS resource officer never parked near tree's where I went.... I wouldn't know......

It this at UNH? Because the parking administration is specifically why my boss refuses to work on UNH projects. The last one we did in August when there was no one there, it was at the Field House and the parking lot is probably good for 3000 cars.. we were like the only 6 cars in the entire parking lot and we got tickets.

Besides, you are parked in the spot perfectly. That snow will melt today and tomorrow and your truck will be sitting perfectly between the lines!!

 

If it helps, they treat everyone like that.

 

I know, the GC I was working for said they talked with the parking dept. and they bring in 1.2 mil in just violations each year. School has more money than most countries and they are just grubbing for more. So even though I could sell millions of dollars of drywall work there each year, I don't touch it. My boss sent his kid there, you have no idea how pissed he was when we got all those parking tickets.

 

I can imagine! Parking tickets suck

 

What they get you for? Not having permits for NHU parking?

 

Just tell them you were still drunk from last night and not thinking straight...and it will NOT happen again...this month...

If there is no rules on parking on snow they can't really do anything but ask you to move and post rules for parking on snow.

 

It seems to me that if it's considered a non-space they should have it flagged off.

Plus it looks like it's the last spot in the row. There appears to be grass on the other side of the truck, so it's not like it's taking up two spots.
