I checked the floor tonight after 2 inches of rain today driven by 30 mph+ wind gusts. Bone dry.

Well so far I’ve been running my AC during the day, and heater at night. Washed my truck last night and the floor board is still dry. This is bugging the hell outta me!!! Should i spray the undercarriage?

Your truck was stock right? No roof rack? Original windshield and rear window? The rubber plugs are in place on the floor? If the plugs are in place, I'm not sure what can come up from underneath unless there is some other damage. You could run water on the floor inside and see if or where it leaks out, with the carpet out of the way of course. I did that and had to wet-vac it out, no leaks.

So update on my wet carpet. Since it’s been raining here in So Cal, i think I’ve found out where the water is coming from. Any ideas what i can and should do?

Anybody with a 2005 to 2012 Tacoma and a water leak should have a look at this (after the A/C drain is checked).

t looks like we have the following leak sources at least :
    Ac drain
    Windshield
    Cowl to windshield gasket
    Air intake curb sealant failure
    Clogged cowl drains
    Missing bolts on firewall
    Leaking rear window
    Leaking third brake light
Leaking roof trim to rear window gasket joint
Leaking bolts securing added roof racks
Leaking or missing radio antenna grommet
Back of cab wall seam leaking
Side of fire wall under the fender sealant inadequate or failed (this thread)
    Door opening gaskets
Missing or torn plastic under door panels and plugged door bottom drains

Feel free to add the ones I'm sure I've missed and techniques of leak finding.

The guy recently that turned the heater fan on high, shut all the windows and vents and used soapy water bubbles to find his windshield leak was the cleverest one I've seen!!!

This is the most complete list of sources I know of. You will have to run each one down to eliminate. My guess-leaking rear window gasket in upper left corner area as viewed from rear.

@Troyken i believe it’s the air intake curb sealant failure. The photos are of the passenger side floor board. I’ve checked all other possibilities. Washed my truck few days before it rained, and nothing, no leaks or water puddles inside cab. I’m assuming it’s my tires kicking up the water to the undercarriage and into the floor board.

So where the door sill meets the cab? Or is that up on the firewall?

I've seen cracks like that before and no water leaks. I've had many interiors out during my time as a technician. The cracks are from the sealant shrinking (I think). It's not enough to cause water to enter. If there was no sealant there would be an issue. Water is coming out of it because it got into it, from another location.

Too bad you weren't closer. I could probably find the leak in 5 minutes.

This may not apply to you guys but I had the same problem and the cause was a drain hole plugged with leaves and decomposing organic matter under the hood hinge. I cleaned it out and the passenger floorboard carpet stopped getting soaked during rains.
