I was watching our scanner report up here. It started going off with accidents about 15 minutes after the snow started. They cancelled school and a bunch of other stuff is closed today. I'm just sitting in front of the sewing machine making cushion covers for the teardrop and enjoying hot coffee and a fireplace.

I went out earlier. Only people having trouble where the 4x4's who dont actually understand 4x4 doesnt mean you can stop. Passed 3 minor accidents all involving trucks and jeeps.

Will say its the perfect day for errands. Nobody at the post office, nobody at the grocery store, nice and empty. The only downside was being stuck behind the car who didnt want to go faster than 15mph on the 45mph road that was sanded and not bad at all. But hard to complain someone for being cautious

rescued four people on summer tires that absolutely should not be driving.

Then I had to swallow my ego pill: :anonymous:

Attempted a hill that was far too steep (SE 78th pl at China Falls, Newcastle, link),
got to the first left turn,
road was correctly cambered to the left,
slide into the bushes/curb as all forward progress evaporated,
    rear locker engaged = nothing
front locker engaged = still nothing
    Turned all buttons off.

The illogical thing to do was to back up down the hill, I turned and the front tires slide around and I desended down in L4 L

Almost ate a prius sliding backwards down a small hill in my neighborhood. I turned around and am now watching movies and "working" from home.

Im kind of shocked you have height control and triple lockers in that thing. I might have to switch to a GC

I saw a lot of people stuck but I’m not that nice. This storm kinda came out of nowhere I looked outside this morning at 6 up here in Shoreline and it looked more like Minnesota.

Ha I think that’s actually the same weekend we were there. We stopped at the lake to rest and fish a little and head a couple doing it in their tent. Was that you?!?

A little snow over there and it's Armageddon! Lol

I should stop talking, truck is in the shop and I'll be commuting in my dilapidated c230 Komp for a week. Already getting slippery here in the east.

    Edit

Crap this thing sucks, street tires, supercharger, real wheel drive and older than dirt! I might not make it to work tomorrow!

    Trailhawk
Only full locks in rock mode which in low only but will rear lock in other modes. Works pretty well
Air suspension all up has about as much clearance as Jim’s truck except no pumpkin on rear axle. Sadly does not articulate much in rock mode but that doesn’t seem to harm capability much And driveline super robust as is same as in 500 hp srt.
Prob why they cost so much.
