Dooo eeet the mini 2 is a really neat system! It's much more modular than the original.

Did you get the new one or is it the original? I have both and both are awesome

60 minutes. Starts off at 600 lumens and starts to step down gradually to 60 lumens over the total hour of run time.

I havent tested it yet. I need to run mine down and then test it out.

A lot of people are complaining about getting holsters for it but if you have a original pl mini just set the light up how you want and reheat the kydex. Wasnt hard for me to remold my edc holster to make it fit.

Plus I already threw the original pl mini on my sbr :D

Well, first I have to correct myself, I said 4x, I looked today and it is a fixed 2x "Swift" I had experimented with a 2x6x32 Simmons, can't remember why I went with the Swift, but I believe it was the weight factor. It is a great little gun, I don't take it to the range enough. I would like to try one of the "Dot" scopes.

Same reason I went back to 9mm as my EDC. No issue with .40, liked my M&P, but wanted more compact with more rounds. Plus the wife doesn’t handle the snap of a .40 so wanted to be able to share rounds.

Also with the advances with 9mm rounds, lots of police departments have even switched back.

In reality, the best EDC caliber is the one YOU shoot best with.

Exactly why I got the 9mm XDs instead of the 40, I didn’t want to cut my capacity by 14% and I still carry an extra mag.
However my full size M&P is .40, although .357 Sig is interesting I like the .40 as a duty caliber.
