    Weigh in day.

Some of you might be happy to hear that I screwed up big time. Scale says I gained 4lbs in 1 week. Funny, I usually struggle to gain 1lbs a week while bulking. I think something is off with this new scale. But just in case I'm dropping 10% off my calories and seeing how it goes.

    How's everyone else's cut going?

It’s all going good tho. Finally caved in and decided to buy creatine to give it a shot :anonymous:

Stopped tracking macros and stuff since I basically eat the same stuff every week and stopped weighing myself daily. I got down to my cut weight of 183-185 and then got to my “normal” mode. 190 steady. Not so focused on losing weight now as I’m trying to build muscle. Drinking protein shakes now to help get the proteins in and seeing how wide I can get my back and chest. Once I up my weights, I’ll cut again and see how I look.

To all the new guys, don’t give up. Once you make it a habit, it’s easy to stay in shape. It just becomes part of your daily routine.

Key point. For me and my personality, it’s actually easier to do workouts daily than to figure out what days I “want” to go and how many, and give myself a chance to say “screw it”, maybe tomorrow.

Dieting has made me one hell of a chef. That’s for sure.

Driving through for fast food is so much easier lol

    Random struggles:

On a maintenance/bulk phase. Not overly eating and not really cutting.

About a month into it and oh my god I keep getting hungry. Like stomach growling hungry lol. Drinking a couple protein shakes a day too which is an addition from what I did while cutting.

My stomach never growled while cutting anyways. But here I am. Starving. FML lol

Light weight. High rep. Ass to grass. Ass to grass. Gotta work on my form on these front squats going that deep. But the only way to learn is by practice.

I used to spend $200 a month on all kinds of stuff. Then I stopped. I figured being fit and healthy and saving the money was better then being jacked.

Not knocking your stuff, just bumping the thread with my useless opinion

Oh knock it all you want man! I don’t get offended by others opinions lol

I hate coffee with a passion and I need a kickstart in the morning to get going. So the preworkout is a need for me.

The creatine and protein is just a “it can’t hurt. It can only help. So let’s give it a shot” thing.

If it works for you, go for it. I have never gotten into the additives, either in the body, or my engine oil ;). But I have a couple of sons, both of who have used it, one still does, one decided he didn't see the point. "Many ways to skin a cat..."
