    The donor engine that I used for the fitment originally, was mine, but was from an 03-04 4Runner. The 05+ did have a tighter stud tolerance.

    The trick was then to get a thread chaser , since it has a flat tip. Allowing it to clearance threads, all the way to the bottom.

    I definitely think they are great quality pulleys. It’s true the overdrive SC TRD pulley is not made anymore. But I think getting the crank and steel sleeve pulley, alternator, fan, and water pump pulley would make for higher performance revs.
