That's more than a truckload of stuff. Youd need a place nearby or a chance to stop in and see the current square footage of it all to game plan logistics for a 3day relocation

pile it up and close the doors. DOT dosent break seals on trailers anymore. And besides it’s private so no stoping at weigh stations

 

I still think it's more parts and product than you realize there.

 

They want the warehouse empty and returned to the way it was prior to pelfrey. They may not have a picture of the piles of rusting scrap out back. the 5k deposit stipulating that it needs to be complete in 72 hours with no forklift on site means you better have a plan beyond an empty semi to get it out of there

 

That looks to be Pelfrey's order from someone else. Likely the fabricator they subbed work out to.

 

Its bankrupcy stuff/abandoned so unlikely any stipulations on undelivered materials. I also bet if you contacted the landlord prior to purchase you could work something out. It looks like a ton of work, but definately a good deal for someone with the right capabilities. Its all likely to show up on ebay soon.

 

If the buyer wins it and I'm going to say "we" here, We manage to get it back here to CO, would need a place to put all the stuff while he figures out how he is going to break it down, contact previous customers etc.

 

From what I remember of the story there was people getting shipments right to the end on orders, it was the people putting money down on new designs that seem to be SOL. So little of that Inventory is going to be of any use to those out the cash.

The plastic is fading on the tops but the glass is in good condition and the electrics worked when pulled.
