    I’m up to 4 weeks vac a year with 11 paid holidays (work every/other) 5 personal days and more sick time than I know what to do with. We can carry over up to 2x what we earn year to year.
    I think I’m gonna take a full week off this spring just to organize my garage and barn/workshop.

    I bought a new Kitchenaide toaster that completely kicks ass over old one( a prime example of you get what you pay for).

    And microwave crapped out on me and had to heat dinner on stove.

    Sorry for your Loss Maner, unfortunately these shift schedules wreck havoc on our bodies without us even knowing. It happens in our industry way to often. Been here long enough to see it happen to a few people. They retire and after a few months they are gone. As soon as I can retire I will, not worth trying to hold off retirement just for a few extra dollars, just save as much as I can while I'm still young. Want to be around for my family as long as I can.
