    You can just run a pipe through the center of the cats to give the appearance they're still there but are opened up like hi-flows.

    Most states require emission testing these days [1]. A high flow cat is a modification to the original system which even if they lower emissions are still not allowed. That being said, if the exhaust checks out and the cats look at least somewhat stock, I doubt anyone would notice or care.

    The turbos have big shoes to fill. Mat is claiming to whoop a magnuson tundra (which has a 0-60 of 5.2 seconds) ;)
