Unpopular opinion... I love carbs :anonymous:

Start off the day with oats and eat 2-3 sweet potatoes a day probably

I really love potatoes too. Just saying lol. Roughly 6-7 months deep. Was 218-220 and now 186-188.

I think there are overall guidelines that applies to everyone but, the specifics are on an individual basis I guess. Let’s face it, we all have different tolerances and our bodies respond a little bit differently. We could all follow the same fitness program but each persons results will vary etc

When I was in hs I went down to 185 and looked scrawny as hell. Then I started working out and looked pretty built at around 210. Then I got into steroids and hit a solid 230...then I realized I didnt have to be jacked to "get around with the ladies" and thats when I kinda spiraled out of control.

I picked the wrong workout to come back to today. Skiping rope after every exercise. All the beer, meat, and carbs from yesterday are not making this easy

Well I got some weight to lose, a lot actually, but never mess with roids. Unless you can get a dr to guide you through their use its a bad idea. If you calculate something wrong, like I did, it can be a lot of work just to get back to normal.

Leg day will forever be my favorite. If y’all dont follow Julian Smith, I recommend it. His legs are goals as fuck. Been trying his suggestion of hold and pause and fuck. The pain is real lol

    That is not accurate.
I consume dairy on a daily basis, beer regularly, and red meat a few times per week.

I have no issues maintaining a lower BF% and feeling great. And my stomach is not that tolerant of certain things.

Wine can have more sugar and calories than beer so I’m not sure why wine is placed above beer in that regards. Wine is going to have a higher alcohol content than beer or a higher sugar content. The lower alcohol wines are pretty much alcoholic fruit juice :puke:

I consume about 4-7 alcoholic beverages per week. There is no reason why moderate drinking can’t have a place in a healthy diet.

I don’t see a need to falsely deamonize food groups. It just leads to psychologically unhealthy ways of looking at food.

TBH I drink about 2 moscow mules a week and red meat 20+ times a week. I can't do much dairy though. A slice of cheese here and there. It just makes my stomach turn and results in bathroom breaks I don't want...

As for bloating, hell I'm always bloated eating this much food a day

Someone once told me roids are like that first time you took that sick ass preworkout and you felt invincible in the gym and could walk on water :muscleflexing:

Edit: Unfortunately pre workout is a placebo effect for me at this point lol. I'm sure it still has it's benefits but I don't feel it the same anymore.

Same. If you can somehow convince yourself to cut out all caffeine for about 2-3 weeks, you'll feel it when you start back. I'm a major caffeine junky, but I had to cut it out for a while to get some sleep issues straightened out. The first day back on was awesome. Like... 10th grade on the original Jack3d awesome. haha.
