Exactly, they're bright enough for most anything you need and cheap enough you won't care to break or lose it. Im so parsnoid about my surefire I hardly use it.

Nice man looks good, new pro grille, tires, lift, sliders, skids and you are in business. Of course get it offroad a bit first and test out the truck basic and see if it suits your needs or you want more capability. We have plenty of ideas on how you can spend your money lmao just ask the last few guys who came in with new trucks!

First aid depends on your training and what you plan on doing and with how many. Several of us have extensive training and or are EMT survival guys. But everyone should have the basics.

Atta boy! Once you're done and certified it's a cool feeling.
It's not difficult at all. All the questions and answers are publicly available, so it's just a matter of memorization. I studied and tested in about 4 days with a total of 6 hours-ish of studying while at work.

I've been using hamexam.org to study for the test. They've put all the exam questions into a flash card format. I also watched a few long videos on youtube first just so I could actually learn some of the information.

You should be fine. I'll eventually take an exam if there is one within 100 miles of me.

    True that.

I have a truma bag and the Leatherman raptor for shears.

I have forgotten a lot. But see it as, I’d rather have it with me and not need it. Then to need it and not have it.
    Morning, Sir.

I carry two Trauma packs I "accidentally" took with me from my boarding team days. The biggest thing is gauze, tape, and tourniquets. Anything that doesnt require those can wait until youre off the trail.

Any course you would recommend for first aid? That is certainly a skill set I am lacking in.

Edit - quoted the wrong post.
