It was actually some of the best groomers I've skied all year. 0 ice to be found.
I stayed at my buddies place in pittsfield and skiing Jiminy again before heading to work.

I’m guilty of lurking here, New England BS, Vermont threads, CT, etc. There are a few for NY, Upstate, might even be a Capital Region thread but they’re not as active or entertaining. I also travel the Northeast for work so figured I’d know some of the places discussed. To the true Western Mass folks, I think for I can speak for all of us when I say
Thank you for your hospitality, please let us know when we’ve worn out our welcome and we’ll move on to couch surf at someone else’s thread. Or at least sneak back into the shadows.

Not at all. Hell, people from Eastern Mass. don't even know we exist. Anything past exit 9 on the pike is the end of the earth.
It is great to be with a group that knows we are here....even if it is because you have to go through here to go to the beach. :D
I honestly don't mind being ignored.....makes it quieter.

Nice out there today - bright sunshine, cold. The birds sound very confused.
Took my youngest out for a little ski time. That base is solid ice....which is great. We need a good dump of some heavier stuff on top to make this :kona:worthy.
@Bridge4 I bet the snow up your way is great!

It is fantastic! My parents were out a few hours yesterday and my mom is zooming around now, going on two hours. Yesterday was softer since I had just groomed, but its fast today with just enough soft on top to grip down a hill.

We are outta here tomorrow morning for Montana, but if you wanted to hit our trails this week no one should be around and you can just follow the groomed areas!

Raised about 2k tonight for the library. Not a ton but when the yearly budget is 15k, it all helps. Almost canceled the dance last week because we had only sold 30 tickets, were going to be taking a huge wash on the band/caller and other equipment. :spending: Ended up with 60 sold when I left to set up. Just enough to cover costs and donate a few hundred.

Turns out it’s not a big Facebook crowd, but people were spreading the word. 50-60 people showed up and got tickets at the door:bananadance:

Going to bed feeling good tonight! Montana at 7:30 am! Can’t wait.

Have any of you guys messed with the transmission in terms of a flush or just a fluid change? I’m at 60k now and been watching some videos on it.
