sounds crazy but did they pull off your intake tube to check air filter, maybe clean your throttle body or cleaned your maf but didn't properly seat it?
unmetered air will cause the vehicle to act up and sometimes will not set a cel sometimes too make the vehicle feel sluggish and idle low

Who's quick about it I'll bring spark plugs to cnc somebody can set a land speed record on changing spark plugs

 

Now I heard something about pcv valve gets gummed up and makes it run like shit

 

If you have the time it’s REALLY easy the driver side is a little tricky with the coil connectors is all.

 

let me double check too I may have some BG FUEL treatment you can dump In the tank to help out the fuel system

I would but I have a wounded taco

 

I use M1 in both my trucks, but only because its cheap and full synthetic. I have never run amsoil, but i know @LostHusker has and ive never heard of people having issues with it. I would check the oil level before you drive it more and make sure they filled it correctly.

Can you send me a few pics of your engine bay from different angles? want to look things over and see if anything is out of the ordinary

 

@05prerun82 just thought of something. Perhaps your cam sensors they are very sensitive to changes in the oil such as if dirty or thicker. Just an idear you may want to research some perhaps going back to M1 will fix it. That’s all I run in oil.

 

All I'll ever run in me taco. Is there even anything else?
