Just got finished installing my heated seats and Clazzio Seat Covers. I took apart the included wiring harnesses and ran the relays and fuses to an auxiliary fuse box. Drilled a hole in the firewall and used a daystar firewall grommet. I cut out the old switch panel in the dash and replaced it with the MESO 7 switch panel and replaced the 12v outlet with a blue sea usb charger.

    **************UPDATE****************

Here’s a list of the major materials I used for the install. not including the wire loom, zip tires , waterproof connector and misc wire connectors.

Did you pull up the cloth covers to place the heating elements or lay them on top of the cloth?

Good addition. I did the back seats with the original covers. That was a major pain in the butt. Took pictures if anyone is crazy enough to want to see how it goes. Probably easier to just buy seat covers.

    Those Clazzios look great!

Are the heated pads from Clazzio with those type of switches? Those are the ones I want to use when I get a set...

Ok thanks for the info. I've seen these popping up on the forum lately & was starting to wonder if Clazzio had gone to these switches now

Did you cut out the switch panel in place or take apart the dash to pull the panel out? If in place, how difficult was it?

I took the whole dash apart. I used a dermal with a rotozip bit. It would have made a mess. Plus you need to glue it in place so I don’t think you would be able do that with it still in. It wasent to bad. Taking the dash apart takes the longest. I glued it in with black hot glue. It hardens up tough
