So I managed to obtain an appointment at the Toyota dealership. It looks like everything in the steering is covered .I checked the belt it looks great, the fluid level is perfect I see no reason why they won’t fix it under warranty so I’m going in.

And I just use the cheapie Turtle Wax wash at Walmart. I also use it on my siding.

 

I got denied from the local car wash today because of my roof rack. Had a coupon for a free wash so figured it was worth a try. Guess I just need to buy a foam cannon and move on. This night shift schedule really IS going to cost me some money

 

Freezing Rain out this way. Just finished 10 days of two large Augmentin a day and my sinus crap is even stronger than it was.
Any MDs on board can give me an idea of what to do now? Gonna go in and have my lungs x-rayed to check for bronchitis sometime this week.

 

Not an MD by any means but currently in PA school so I will play this game.

Symptoms? Duration? Treatment besides 10 day course of Augmentin? History of similar symptoms?

 

Chronic Sinusitis(Spelling?), Been going on for about 3 weeks, productive cough, better with ibuprofen + Mucus DM + Claritan + Sudafed. Throat is irritated and red no blisters (as in the case of strep). Lungs feel like they are burning after a coughing fit but I assume that's to be expected with heavy cough. Mucus was mostly clear until today when it's become yellow and blood tinged. Urgent Care said left sinus cavity looks like sinus infection.

 

Have you done the saline solution rinse? I don't know what the public opinion on that these days is. I'm very prone to sinus infections and that almost always knocks it down. I got tied of the RX pumping me full of antibiotics all the time .

 

Yeah I'm ready to die at this point! JK it's not that bad, just really annoying.

I've expressed interest to my better half, though I heard of some lady getting a brain eating amoeba from using tap water to do that so distilled it is!

 

Atleast you can breath out of both nostrils most the time. I havent been able to do that in like 4 years. even had the deviated suptem surgery and it didnt help... The thing i hate the most about it is that i wake up with narly dragon breath now since i mouth breath in my sleep. but i dont snore so i got that also.

 

@Slashaar didnt want to clog up the other thread, but once i get home (or more likely this summer) i would gladly buy one of her drawings. they look awesome. I say summer since there a chance i might put everything in storage to save some money while im deployed for 4 months.

 

I can't breath out of mine if I'm not sitting or standing straight up. Not sure if that's deviated septum or not. It sucks when I go to bed because I feel like I'm suffocating.

 

mine, cant breath at all thru it. unless im sick and the other side is clogged. which is nice of my nose to give me one side to breath thru. I had people ask me if i broke my nose around the time it started but i dont remember anything. im going to talk to base docs once we get home and ask them about maybe xray or something to check it.
