Looking for pics of your fender flares. Thinking about buying some but all the images I see on different sites do not show a 3rd gen.

    TIA

How are your own tires kicking up rocks and cracking your own windshield?

Are you sure it’s not cars in front of you kicking up rocks? Don’t think I’ve once kicked a rock up onto my windshield or if it’s even physically possible??

See hood deflector! Not a guarantee but helps!! I prefer the screw on over flat 3m double sticky and pray style! Go from glossy black to flat with some sand paper and a few coats of rattle!

They look good. I think BW's look great if matched to the color of the truck.
Factory flares look like they are from the Ridgeline design team. Way too skinny. :crapstorm:

Yea but sometimes I feel like I stole some 1980’s bikers leather studded jacket between the flares and the sr8’s and plastered it onto the truck! Fixable when in time when I pull them off to fix the pin stripes!!! Until then chrome sticks! :puke:

Can you tell me the offset of your wheels and size of your tires?

. They dont stick out much but I caught a rock with no one in front of me on a back road. I'm just guessing it's my tires. I've been through 3 windshields in 4 months

Start with the hood protector just for Shiggles/Price and see if it helps!

Try and replace your windshield with a factory one too. Aftermarket ones are usually thinner and not as strong so they crack easier the next time. Also sometimes the windshield is designed to be part of the structural support.

If/when I do it again MAYBE I’d go the TAC linex flap route, but by that time we’re into real 4th gen territory! I like it though! Looks awesome!!!

Change them out for stainless black bolts. I have seen them that way and they look great.

Now that's the size flare that should be on a truck. Looks great.

I sprayed the ones they sent, black. I have a black Tacoma and like how the Bushwacker's turned out. Keep your eyes open for deals. I got mine from RealTruck for $350 and there was a $75 mail-in rebate. I have 17x9 KMC wheels with 275/70 tires and think the combo of the larger wheels/tires + the Bushwackers make it look just right. But to each their own. As they say, your mileage may vary. Good luck!

Yeah I'm leaning towards the Bushwackers, I really like the way they look.
