You are good. It's a glitch. Just clear it and keep going.

What about me? Codes for 420/430 I think. Whatever the 2 for cats are? I think I need more boost and a catless exhaust system w/ option to dump before muffler.

Are you running cat-less headers right now? if so, you have nothing to worry about and those codes can be fixed with a URD o2 simulator, if you are getting those codes and still have your front set of factory cats then you may have an issue

It depends what you are running and what you want out of it? What is the current exhaust configuration and how many miles?

    That’s the ultimate solution.

Stock headers, trd cat back with 120k miles on it running the rich trd tune. I’m sure the cats are shot. Haven’t noticed a performance drop, but exhaust smell at idle has been worse the last year or so.

Oh yeah, I just need to get off my ass and do it. Which probably means waiting until it starts hurting performance. Too many other projects taking precedence over an exhaust.

do some headers, URD sims.. and you'll be good. actually.. since you do live up there.. get the cats removed completely. I'm still trying to do the same. just need to drive up north one weekend and have a shop cut em out.

F it should I just run straight headers? But no I will probably end up getting some shorties and keeping the front cats to keep the rasp down. Then do a y-pipe that gets rid of the low clearance crossover. I like my truck being nice and quiet, but I should be able to keep that and get some performance gains from an exhaust. Then throw in a cutout for when I want to get wild in the dunes or something.

FYI got this reply back for my URD header order:

We had a batch finally make it back from ceramic coating. Starting to fill the back orders now. Not sure yet if we have enough to fill all of them yet. Will know in the next couple of days.

so you want what Im currently running.

URD headers (no cats) into a custom high clearance Y pipe WITH cats tucked up for clearance into 2 mufflers. no drone, no rasp. now.. if and when I remove the cats.. It'll get a little raspy-er.. but not too worried about. just shove the biggest muffler you can in there to tone it down. thats what I did. Once I delete the rear cats from the Y.. I'll be happy. free-flowing AF.

Was there a set of LT headers that worked with uca gussets? Or did none of them work? I’m torn because I don’t dd the truck anymore so a little sound wouldn’t be too bad. But then I think of the trip I’m doing this summer where I’ll be driving the truck almost 2k miles, mostly in Cali. Now would be the perfect time to do headers since when I do my engine cage I’ll be chopping out the whole inner fender and have great access.

Yeah but haven’t those been on back order for 4months or so now? Plus even though they make good products, their customer service is terrible.

Yeah and their off-road y-pipe looks pretty sweet as well. It would be all bolt in, no welding or cutting and bolt right up to my trd cat back. I’ve got some thinking to do. Like where I’m gonna come up with $1200
