I priced the right front. $67. I’ll fix it myself. Screw that.

When Jeremy started Bad Wolf, he was the only brewery in Manassas. Made great small batch unique stuff. The craft beer industry started really booming. Heritage came in but was not really competing against small little BW cuz the Heritage beer was mediocre. Tin Cannon was opening up about the same time and it is ok beer. Bad Wolf was packed because he, IMHO, had a great formula. Small batch interesting beer that sold out quickly. 6 on tap at a time, Wed was $10 flight night so you could try one of each for cheap. If you read on FB that something new was on tap and it sounded interesting, you better get in there because it may not be on tap in 4 days. He made a bourbon aged vanilla porter for me from some Makers Mark staves I gave him. Tapped it Thu night and was sold out mid day Sat. Tasty shit.

He wanted to expand and start distributing. So invested in Big Bad Wolf where Tucked Away is now. IMO, that split his clientele. BBW was working on a 30BBL system, so not selling out. Same stuff lasted for awhile. So now he is paying rent on two places. Repaying his small business loans and oh yeah, partnered up with CJ Finns to open a brewpub, The Public House, in Old Town Manassas. And then Eavesdrop, Sinistral, Two Silos opened up. Eavesdrop mediocre, Sinistral is solid and Two Silos is overpriced meh beer sold in a beautiful venue. So plenty who don't know better think they are jumping on the bandwagon with the craftbrew craze drinking there in a nice spot, but really they have lifeless uninspired beer that the best thing can be said for it, is that it is an accurate representation of the style of beer they purport it to be.

So Little Bad Wolf was not bringing in the business it used to, Big Bad Wolf never brought in the crowd it needed to and The Public House was cut loose before everything imploded in on him. He drew back to just concentrating on the original location with a drastically reduced staff. I used to go there a couple times a week. But during all that turmoil, my favorite brewery opened up out my way, so closer and truer to the nature of the type of business I want to support. Local couple who just want to make good beer, not take over the world.

My $.02 from my point of view. Not that I have inside inside knowledge. I have known them for years, but never delved into their business beyond casual conversation. But I picked up a few things being friends with many others who worked there.

ETA: Tucked Away is not drawing in big crowds as it is literally tucked away and not along a main route. But they make good beer and seem to be good people. One of the owners is retired CG and his son runs the front end and is a good dude. So I try to frequent them.

Check Ebay by searching the part number. I got an aftermarket harness for $60 but it's pretty big. A small one like that may be cheaper.

Thanks for the info. Badwolf is only a couple miles from me and I used to stop by there every weekend. Great lil' spot! I haven't been there since they closed for a while and said they switching to sours. I'm going to have give them a revisit soon.
