Are you up by Rocklin or El D Hills? Noticed the Closed Golf Course. I play and remember when they closed...

I had neighbors down the street a few years ago (2 ladies) who did something similar, except the cats were theirs that they brought with them when they moved in. Outside cats, not fixed, had babies. Would kill anything they could catch and leave it in my yard, dug stuff up and shit everywhere. One day, they are packing up to move. Another neighbor comes over and says they're moving out, but want to leave the cats behind. Do I mind? Are you effing kidding me?! I told them either take the cats or I'll call animal control. Such irresponsible people should not own animals. As you said, cats were just doing what they do, it's the idiots who are supposed to care for them that are to blame.

Invest in dolly jacks and scoot their cars out of the way. I did this with some idiot that parked in front of my garage at my old apartment and had no idea who owned it so 2 floor jacks later I left it in the middle and let it get towed.

this is definitely an option. We have to get the traps from the local SPCA and once trapped can bring them in and reset the traps and continue on, at least that way they may get a decent home.

I have only had one bad neighbor. the whole year they lived next door I only seen teenagers never an adult

One night about 11pm they started "bumping" their car in the driveway for about an hour. My wife wanted me to go say something but I told her I have something for their ass in the morning.

So when I got up at 4:30 AM to get ready for work. I pulled my truck to the edge of the property line which is about 20 feet from their bedroom. I left it running, rolled down all 4 windows and cut the radio all the way up and went back inside to get dressed then sat on the porch drinking coffee.

Best hour ever, I could see their lights come on and the curtains moving as they peeked outside

I never heard them "bump" again

Syar claimed they werent making any money having it open. It was priced too high for green fees for the course it was. If they lowered it a bit, it could have gotten more action. I enjoyed playing there weekly. My house backs to Hole 5 tee box, the one with the concrete bathrooms.

I mean I was like 7 at the time, but I do remember that course not being super great, but still a good time. Played Cyprus Lakes pretty often as well.

Cypress is fun, windy and douchey "members" but still a fun round.

Green Tree was a decent course, fun and never packed. Good course to go mess around for a few hours and not have the upper level doucher feel around you.

Yeah, Cyprus was definitely a step above Green Tree. I also played Arbuckle once with my dad and our neighbor John. That remains the hardest damn course I've ever played. Greens had zero friction to them. Tap the ball and it would just roooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooll.

I love small municipal courses. You usually get far more than your money's worth. The one in Blacksburg, VA had "All you can play Sundays" when I was there. Same green fee as the rest of the week got you as many holes as you could walk. A few cadet friends and I managed something like 66 holes before the walking and cumulative hangover nearly did us in.

    oooooo this could get long...

    short version..

Bought some land when I turned 18 paid cash for 3 lots zoned Industrial, at the edge of a residential area. was going to build a small custom street rod shop.
Classic cars in my inventory at the time included. 1967 Chevelle SS, 1964 Impala SS, 1931 Olds Roadster, 1961 Ford pickup. along with my small block conversion 1981 Cutlass

neighbor owns a body shop, doesn't want competition, he is also a paid informant of the sheriff, (This from the sheriffs own mouth). neighbor through years of whinning and complaining to the city and county, get a new law passed. EVERYTHING we own is declared Public Nuisance. and must be permanently destroyed. see list of classic cars above.. we say NO FREAKING way this is right so tell them NO . town takes us to court gets court order to remove All items. later that year come home to all the cars gone, and one of our building and contents removed.

30 days later, town takes us to court again saying Bill No paid, we takee there land. we say no bill was ever received. Judge said not there responsibility to send a bill, but ours to KNOW the amount and to pay before the 30 days was up. Judge grants a lien and right to foreclose in 30 days.

fight foreclosure, no luck, try to pay the amount due, lawyers said NO we are not taking your money we are taking your land. Fight some more. win small amount. city takes land. Have to fight city to get the overage from sale of land verse the bill.

by the time I am 32, I lose the land I paid cash for at 18 to the city. all over a whinny neighbor. and some expensive cars that where destroyed in the process

Thats the most fucked up, bureaucratic shit I've ever heard.

This story is pretty much grounds for justified murder of several parties involved in my opinion.

My bad neighbor story isn’t so much my neighbor as the troll that lives in the basement.
To premise, my girlfriend and I were volunteering down in Ecuador over the summer when I was offered a job with the blm upon my return the the states in Billings, MT. Naturally I accepted, but we had the problem of needing housing ASAP. Long story short, place we moved into is great EXCEPT for the psycho troll that lives in the basement. She does all this bullshit passive adggresive type shit to piss us off in order for us to move out? We aren’t really sure of her motivations, maybe TW can help us out with this one. When we moved in we learned about her, and approached her to say hi and do the whole nice neighbor thing. She pairs no attention to us and walked right into her basement lair. We’ve continued to try and talk to her with no dice.

Anyway, onto the mayhem. She slams doors whenever she enters or leaves (enough to make the whole house shake) has opened up the washer and the dryer when we wash clothes to stop them and make the process last longer? Parks ubsurdly close to the driveway so we have to be super careful about not hitting her car when we leave, tells us in passive aggressive notes that we cannot lock the back door we share. I know there is more but you get the idea.

I need ideas as to how to mess with her back. Calling all TW trolls to help me fight my troll.

Start tap dancing lessons in the living room.
If you have hard wood floors, get a bowling ball and roll it back and forth. Easy to hide away when the knock comes at the door.
