Please do. I love my 4 cats..they are 100% indoor cats though, for their safety and common courtesy of others.

Worst case there's clinics that will trap and spay/neuter them..shelters will do the same usually before adopting them out.

My neighbor wanted to put a driveway around his barn. But some of it would be on my land. I told him no that's the last time we talked.

    Good grief.

I'm buying a good single malt on my way home from work tomorrow, taking it to our neighbor (who's been a major PITA.........or so I thought before reading this thread), and wishing him a great 2019.

Thanks for reminding me that no matter how bad things seem, they could always be worse. Well, except for a select number of you who've posted here. You've defined worst.

My neighbor on the one side of me moved in about 5 years ago. Nice guy and we get along really well. He owns several residential rental properties in the area and he has told me some personal crazy landlord/tenant experiences he has encountered over the years. This isn't a story about "lunatic neighbor" per se, but I thought it was funny, and true to a certain degree.

Years ago, one of his tenets at the time (neighbor A) was preparing to move out after renting for a long time. Guy kept to himself and just went about his business and didn't cause any trouble. No one else in the neighborhood really saw much of this guy apparently. So, neighbor A goes next door (neighbor B) to say farewell on the day he's moving out. Neighbor A explains to neighbor B that he's moving and he wanted to let neighbor B know since they both lived next to each other for years. Neighbor B replies, "You've been the best neighbor i've ever had!" Neighbor A says "why?". Neighbor B replies " Because we've never talked to each other."

This is truth. One year me and a couple buddies jack-hammered a broken-up concrete patio at my house. It was old and was the source of water infiltration into my basement so it had to go. Well, I didn't have a dumpster but we threw @ 10% of the broken-up concrete in a buddies pick-up truck and the remaining 90% we piled up in my backyard. It sat there for 3 years b/c i didn't have a way of getting rid of it. During that time, I always felt bad I was THAT neighbor that had a pile of unsightly derp in the back yard. Luckily, my neighbors were really cool. Eventually, the pile of concrete became kind of a joke about how to get rid of it (which it eventually did). We called the pile "Fallujah".

I got nothing except my next door neighbor who sunbathes topless in the back yard. Oh and dog shit in my yard, I don't own a dog.

There was this one neighbor a few months back.

I was washing my truck, and he was like "mines next!"
    Man, I was livid.

I am that guy in the neighborhood :anonymous:
My story doesn't have to do with a neighbor.... but rather a guy that came by to raid our recycling bins and trash for the recycling. We have also had things like bikes and other things stolen around this time period.
I got up one morning and was in the bathroom and heard somebody walking down the driveway which was odd, but figured it was the recycling guy. I got done in the bathroom and did a few things in the kitchen then decided to go have a look and see if anything was missing. Plus I never heard anyone walk back down the driveway after hearing the trash and recycling can bang around.
I turn the corner and no one is there so I continue through the parking area and look down the driveway and then walk to the end to look up and down the street. No one is there, but the guys truck is parked up on the corner in the red. So I turn to go back to my apartment, walking up the driveway a d turn the corner into the parking area I spot it.:annoyed:
A big pile of fresh shit (runny with corn):annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
I am now pissed beyond belief as I have a 3 year old that plays around back there when the cars aren't there.
I go into my apartment and get a plastic bag and go pick up the mess as best I could at that moment. I proceed to walk right to the corner and deposit that bag of shit right through the drivers side window he left down on that POS Ford f150.

Honestly....so many of you have taught me that I will need to have patience with my neighbors.
Basically some of these stories would be grounds to get shot in the face.

I will be moving into a place with what looks like a either a prick or just someone who doesnt like his neighbor on the otherside. I can see from the kitchen window that they have a weird looking, dressed up, creepy dummy peering over the other neighbors fence.
I will have cameras and all so I am not too concerned.

I currently live in an uppity neighborhood where most people live outside their means. The one neighbor (I get a long with everyone cause life and people entertain me) always talks to me and tells me that hes travelling and braggs about his 350k a year job...bud you drive a junk ass Tahoe....and your (live in ex) wife says otherwise....

There's a saying; "You can pick the house, but you can't pick the neighbors". It's true anywhere, whether you're in an apartment or in the sticks 10 miles to the next neighbor.
