Well luckily I’m not real round like the girl from Charlie and the chocolate factory lol. I still have that V shape from all those years of working out for Hockey and Football. :)

Now onto food. The got the stuff on the smoker.

Left side in front is Armadillo Eggs, behind the on the left is a hamburger shaped like a hot dog for the daughter (forgot buns for hamburger) to the right of that is a cheese/cream cheese stuffed meatball wrapped in bacon for my mil who doesn’t like heat so no jalapeño for her. Other side is various forms of chicken some bacon wrapped, some bacon wrapped with cheese mixture and then a few just plain strips for my daughter.

I had a leftover ribeye from Sunday. How do I make dinner for everyone with one steak tonight. Diced up some potatoes, peppers, and onions. Fried the taters until almost brown in a frying pan with olive oil, added the peppers and onions, and cooked until almost done. Diced up the steak, added it in time to get heated through. Toasted a few English muffins for the wife and kid, and an everything bagel for me. Spooned the hash over the bread, and added cheese to the wifes and mine.

There is none left. Was actually pretty good.

The after of the armadillo eggs. Came out pretty good but the jalapeño was soft enough for my liking. Need to figure that out for the next batch

Was or wasn't? If it wasn't you can try par cooking them with a cool down period prior to prepping them for the real deal

Checked out the Inkbird. Counter test, 72f x3, 73 x1. Thermapro 72f. Ice bath, all went to 32f then LLL. Won't go below 32 I guess. Thermapro 32f.
Didn't do boiling water yet, may not bother. Gonna be close enough I think.
Only fault I found was the alarm could be louder.

Thanks for the heads-up, I always look for this sale.

I usually load up, this is a typical purchase.

Found one in the price range I was willing to pay for my first brisket! Just the point though.
