    At work, because of last weeks weather they have changed the call in policy. In the past if I called in I could use a day of vacation. No more. In fact the only day last week that the company is calling excused is the day they shut down because of gas shortage. Not the day we had 13 in. of snow or the day it was -29. We have new plant management and they want to change things. Sorry, we have a contract.
