Not yet but I have one area in mind, but I plan to go out this month and do some scouting just depends on work. For right now I've got a spot in Dahlonega that'll fit a good amount of rigs, just hope it won't be taken ha

Alright guys, my chances of making it have dropped below 50/50. We need to do these trips on the regular. I really want to make it!

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

We've tried to get trips/meets going, the first few work great. Then attendance dips, dips and then nobody responds/posts up in the threads. However it seems there are more guys that are active now so it may work out this time.

It’s drill weekend and my buddy’s bachelor party. I hopefully can get out of both jobs, but the party is happening unless flights are full - which is plenty possible.

My lift has arrived. Once I’ve got it installed, we’ll wheel. I’ve also just finished rebuilding my 400ex. Could chase you on your bike. LOL

So my wife put the trip on her calendar for Saturday. So depending on where and what time the meetup on Saturday would be, i should be in (along with a toddler).

Maybe we should break this up into 2 groups....those with toddlers or small children and those without...

The location I'm kinda set on (unless somebody has a better option) in Dahlonega has another somewhat small (2-3 rigs) spot that is a few hundred feet away from the bigger spot :notsure: It's also right next to a huge field but I don't think we can camp there but who knows we could always try and if we "get kicked out" we'll shove more trucks together

Shitty pic but it'll convey what I'm trying to say

    upload_2019-2-7_10-16-26.jpg

Section 1 has a little rock garden up to the camp spot and can fit 3-4 trucks if we need more room (worst case)

Section 2 is the small spot that can fit 2-3 trucks

Section 3 is the huge open field that we may or may not camp in (we'd definitely take a group pic here)

Section 4 is the spot I'm planning on throwing most of the rigs in

These are pics from section 1

I'd prefer to keep the group together, but was just verbalizing the thought based on some people having younger kids. For me, this kind of trip would usually involve some kind of alcohol around a campfire. My daughter loves fire and I'm sure would love the camping aspect, but she also goes to bed around 7pm. Getting her to sleep in an unfamiliar place (i.e. tent) with others enjoying themselves (i.e. drinking and talking) could present some challenges. So having a secondary spot just down the way might be a good option as far as sleeping arrangements are concerned.
