It's a 3 bdr ranch. Honestly though it's on the small side. But super quiet and private yards in our neighborhood.

If you want locks, cvt sells a tamper roof kit. Or use there idea and find somthing similar

 

There's a 4 bed with a 1/4 acre on a culdasac near me. Has a pretty flat driveway too so we could host mod days there frequently

How big is the garage? I have a mod pile that needs a place to live.

 

2 car on this one. There are some 3 car homes that are starting to pop up over here too. Some are in the 1/4 acre range, smaller lots are usually still around 8-9k sq ft on this side of the hood.

 

Hopefully the eye surgery also corrects your shit attitude as well.

My parents are looking at some town homes in Superior at the moment. They just want something small-ish to retire in whether be a house or town home

 

Wait a minute, I have a town home in Superior.

 

It's definitely quiet over here. Pretty good mix of families and semi-retire/retired people.
