yeah, i was pissed that they didnt open the gates till late, we got there at 330 and just wanted to drink. anyone going to sublime?

 

I really want to... Im a big dirty heads fan along with Sublime.. so it would be a double wammy for me.

Geotaco, were you parked right next to the road in that lot across the street from the amphitheater, I think I remember seeing your truck. FJ wheels? grillcraft grill w/ fogs behind? snugtop camper top?

 

macgyver, what does your truck look like. I remember seeing a blue taco pull in with FJ wheels... was that you?

 

Mine is a silver 2nd gen double cab short bed w/ 1st gen "swirly" wheels, 265/75/16 duratracs, BHLM, yellow fogs, color matched grill w/ black toyota badge, tint, access tonneau cover, No bedside decals. I was parked in the back corner right next to the lake.

 

I have a best top. it was parked on a hill, but i did a few laps before the gates were open looking for some tacos. it prob was me

 

im trying to decide if the show (sublime) is gonna be worth $35. i guess with dirty heads, matisyahu and sublime it woud be. if there are still tickets on wednesday ill buy some. i really want to see them

 

DO IT, all the cool kids are doing it. You aint cooool unless you go to sublime on friday. Plus it's my birthday on friday...do it for me.

i here ya, im almost in my late 20's. Im about to go out of town for work for a few days, ill let ya know on wednesday or thursday if im going.

edit: by the way, how ridiculous were the beer prices at the 311 show!!!!! $11 a beer.....i was so pissed

 

I actually didn't buy any beer in the park. I was so drunk by the time I got in I didnt need to. Actually worked out perfect because by the time the show was over I was sober and ready to drive home.

I have been to a billion shows there so I know what you mean though. I'm going there for Mayhem Fest in a few weeks.

 

Is mayhem fest the one on august first? I heard about it on 96.1 when we were leaving Atlanta last Friday. I wanna go to that show.

ok so whos buying tickets for the halloween 311 show? i know macgyver said he is. Presale is TOMORROW... i got to figure out my hive password and all that stuff again lol

 

Yea those beer prices were outrageous. My friend is going to try to get us some tickets tomorrow for the 311 halloween show. I really hope he gets them.

 

fukin halloween tickets sold out in less than 5 seconds!! i clicked "but tickets" at exactly 3:00... then looked at the chart for less than 3 seconds and hit "best available" and they were already sold out!!! dangit.

 

bummer man, i figured they would sell out real quick
