They were looking at some new ones going in, 3 story with roof top decks just off 36 I think

Yeah, They will be up in March for a week to try and get a better idea. Running into the issue of maybe being able to get ~$450k for their ~2800 Sq Ft house in FL, but town homes running almost $600k+ up here

 

lol, I took one look at those (sign says starting at $400K but were already on verge of $500K back then), They are nice and well built but I just couldn't pay that for a Town Home and zero yard.

 

Was the same price when they first looked at them, now they are expected to be over $600k in the next year or so. They don't want a big yard anymore. Had a corner lot back in Florida with a large front/backyard and are tired of having to maintain it with no kids home to do it.

 

Plus you can guarantee it will not be a quiet place to live over there since it's next to the Sports Stable. Tons of people constantly going in and out of that place.

Steve's location would be a much better option IMO

 

I would of bought a place in "Ridge at Superior" (Superior- Off of McCaslin) but very few of those ever hit market.

Have you seen anyone who actually has seen the inventory or has a better breakdown? Threads seem to disappear.

Ex employees did a walkthrough with the auction holder to help identify what's there but they want to remain anonymous. I left my info with them earlier this week and haven't heard back other than landlord and auction guy.

I might have to bounce out there and put eyes on it.

 

Never heard anything about ex Employees walk through and looks like description has been updated... Removing the "hundreds".

Who are you "leaving your info with", its an auction.
