I have been looking into these trucks for a while, and for a daily driver the features that come on the premium package are a must have, with the exception of the moonroof. I test drove last weekend and my head scrapes the headliner, a deal breaker for sure. Seeing that they were adding power seats I am hoping that this will result in being able to lower the seat further than it currently sits. Is there any indication that this is the case, or will the lowest position on the power seats be equal to the current position? Probably not answerable now until headroom specs are release?

I would assume seat height adjustment is the number 1 reason they added power. Welcome to TW.

I find the Gladiator unattractive, not a huge Jeep fan to start with.

Look at the Hilux, the Ranger, The RAM and the Tundra and tell me rounder is not on the way in.
The Tundra sales are low not because of the rounder look. But because it's still difficult for Toyota in the full size field. The big 3 are too entrenched there for decades and RAM is practically giving them away with $149/month leases.

I'd pay extra, some, for a diesel. At least as long as they didnt outsource it. Mostly for longevity and extra mileage per tank. Also cause its a diesel and i love them, lol. I have enough access to grease to make my own biodiesel too. Win win. Working on getting a cummins into my YJ, currently

I have no issues with the drum brakes, as well. :crapstorm:

4runners are a decent family suv. I would look to the better highlander imo.

I need body of frame goodness, lol. Highlanders a unibody right? Plus i need manual t case goodness and 4.0 goodness. Lol. I got at least 15 oil filters left for the 4.0 and love that its on top and not on bottom in a little plastic case.
