Still cant decide if I like it or not. Had the body sitting around for awhile, so took it to the track last night and started slapping the stickers on it. If nothing else, it’s a change of pace for awhile!

***sidenote PSA - Had to switch plug types on the SCT last night after deans causing me to not finish another race. Went with XT90 plugs and got say, these things are def a step up from deans. A. They are much easier to solder. B. No heat shrink is needed as they come with cover to shield where they’re soldered C. They take some pressure to release, but not too much, so should prevent unplugging after extreme wrecks.

Deans is old school so its generally the most compatible, say if u need to borrow a battery or swap escs with someone etc.

Back when i first messed around in RC, tamiya connectors were the standard, then cars got faster, the tamiya connects would melt. Deans really blew up around then.

I stick with deans for now simply because id have 9 cars and 20 batteries to convert.

Some of the new connectors def have their advantages.

Craig said if we put the logo on the mega run shirts, we need to have something for people to look up if they get curious. He also said maybe next year, donate a crawler instead of a winch, get some RC interest going

    Looking good @Suprajim54!!!

Def had the diff gears swapped and was running overdrive in the rear, so got that swapped out last night. Have a few hours to kill before having to be in frisco at 3 today to knock out a quick job. Anyone wanna get chilly somewhere on this side of DFW. There’s a couple spots off the disc golf course in Lewisville we could hit. I’m open, and bored, so lemme knowwww

Much better. I think I need new foams now though. These feel like paper thin. Might as well mount them here 2 hours between races tonight at Indy 41B8116E-0180-445F-9813-C7A8A899A6CB.jpg
